The PHPOA is pleased to announce Allen Potter as their newly elected President as of March 28, 2024. Accompanying him, they warmly welcome three additional board members who offer fresh perspectives and a strong commitment to our community.

Allen brings a wealth of experience in project management and land use planning within the wireless communications industry. His dedication to community service is evident through various past volunteer roles with the city of Medford, Oregon, as planning commissioner and a site plan and architectural commissioner. 

A resident of Picacho Hills since 2016, Allen is also a board member with the Las Casitas Condominiums Association. With a vision centered on enhancing community activities and fostering collaboration with the Board of Directors and volunteers, Allen assumes a one-year term to lead the PHPOA. His altruistic nature and dedication to inclusivity underscore his mission to serve the community by adding value. 

Together, under Allen’s leadership, the PHPOA embarks on a journey aimed at enriching the Picacho Hills community, meticulously tending to every aspect to preserve its allure and vibrancy.
