Easter Tabletop Tips

from Cobblestone & Vine Interior Designer Kristen Brown

Creating a beautiful Easter tabletop requires a thoughtful balance of color, texture and design elements that come together to form a cohesive and welcoming atmosphere. Kristen Brown, interior designer at Cobblestone & Vine in Bentonville, shares her tips for setting the perfect Easter table. One of the first steps is to begin with a color palette that will serve as the foundation for the entire table. Brown suggests layering plates in varying colors to create depth, adding a playful yet elegant touch to the setting. Mixing different color glassware—such as blush, clear, and pale green—adds vibrancy and dimension while keeping the look fresh and festive.

Texture plays a key role in any tablescape, and Kristen recommends using rattan placemats and napkin rings for added warmth and natural appeal. These materials not only elevate the overall aesthetic but also bring in an element that complements the soft florals. The rich textures of linen napkins and flatware, combined with the colorful glassware, set a sophisticated yet casual tone that is perfect for an Easter gathering.

No Easter table is complete without a stunning centerpiece, and Tanarah Luxe Floral delivers just that with a beautiful arrangement featuring light blush peonies, white orchids, white roses and pink tulips. This arrangement adds a fresh and airy feel to the table, evoking the spirit of spring. The centerpiece becomes a focal point, drawing the eye and tying together the entire design.

To round out the celebration, Kristen recommends adding delectable treats from Bentonville’s PieHouse Bakery. The featured carrot cake with cream cheese icing is an Easter classic, while the Austrian shortbread linzer cookies, decorated with a delicate bunny rabbit design by pastry chef Anne Wood, add a charming touch.

All of the tabletop accessories, including the tablecloth, linen napkins, stemware, placemats, flatware and chairs, are available at Cobblestone & Vine, ensuring that every detail is taken care of. The art in the background is by Bentonville artist Melissa Griffith and served as the inspiration for the base color of the table, chairs and lamps, completing a beautifully coordinated Easter dining experience.
