FIT4MOM Benton County
A Strong Village for Moms

For Dominique Mastrototoro, fitness has always been about more than physical health—it’s been a way to build community, foster connection, and empower others. In 2023, as she looked forward to the birth of her 1st child, Dominique quickly realized that while there were plenty of fitness options, she couldn’t find a space specifically tailored to moms like her. So, she created one.
With a background that includes a BS in Communications from Boston University and nearly a decade as the owner of the boutique fitness studio Dance Soul Motion in Central Massachusetts, Dominique combined her expertise in fitness and marketing with her passion for creating community. She is excited to grow FIT4MOM Benton County in 2025, combining her passion for business with her role as a mom to Julian!
More Than Fitness—A Village for Moms
FIT4MOM Benton County isn’t just about workouts. Dominique describes it as “a community of strong mothers who come together, as a village, to move, play, and give back—to themselves, their kiddos, and each other.”
The program includes stroller-friendly fitness classes for moms of all stages, progressing into mom-only classes, wellness workshops, and even a run club. Alongside fitness, FIT4MOM offers weekly playgroups for kids, monthly mom’s night out events, and plans for special “Dadurday” classes to involve dads, too.
For Dominique, it’s about creating a space where moms feel supported—not just physically but emotionally and mentally. “In fitness, like motherhood, it’s important to focus on progress over perfection. If you need to take 10 minutes to feed or change a diaper, you’ve still done 50 minutes more than if you stayed home. We can only do this if we support each other.”
Connecting Moms to Resources and Giving Back
In addition to fitness, Dominique envisions FIT4MOM Benton County as a hub for moms to access valuable resources. She’s already partnered with local specialists in pelvic floor therapy, lactation support, and postpartum care. “My goal is to be a resource center for moms, connecting them with the support they need both in and out of class.”
Dominique also has plans to give back to the community, partnering with local non-profits like Best Friends Pet Resource Center to host events that make a difference.
Building a Stronger Community of Moms
FIT4MOM Benton County is quickly becoming a go-to resource for moms in Northwest Arkansas. Whether you’re a new mom looking to connect or a seasoned mom ready to prioritize your health, FIT4MOM offers a space to grow stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
