Siena Wood Floors: Honest Workmanship, Honest Results

“You look at your floors every single day, and so does everyone who comes into your house. It matters what they look like and good floors – quality products, experienced workmanship – make all the difference,” said Todd Rohs, owner of Siena Wood Floors.

Todd grew up in Northern Colorado and is proud to be here still, providing top-of-the-line flooring services and employing a crew of more than twenty people. “This area is just special,” he said. “I moved away briefly for college but quickly found I didn’t want to be anywhere but home.”

After moving back to Northern Colorado, Todd began his career in flooring at a local flooring store. He worked there for nearly 15 years, learning every side of the business, from installation to customer service. Eventually, he was ready to put his own spin on the business. In 2012, he founded Siena Wood Floors.

Now, they have three crews focusing on new flooring installation projects and three that sand and refinish existing wood floors. Their team is made up of experienced and dedicated people who are committed to driving good results. “The biggest thing we do is communicate through the whole process,” Todd said. “We listen to what you want and give you a fairly priced quote. We get the job done when and how we say we will.”

Each crew consists of a team lead and one to two craftsmen. In the office, Travis Wagner estimates all projects to give owners a solid understanding of the cost, materials, and timeline. Mary Paulus schedules all projects and coordinates the team. Marci Jones serves as the company's bookkeeper.

“Everyone we work with is good at their job,” said Todd. “They take pride in their work, and they’re all committed to our values of doing right by the client through good communication and even better results.”

The team focuses on residential wood flooring, including hardwoods and laminates in living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and even stairs. Together, they manage four to five projects a week, totaling hundreds of jobs a year. All told, they have experience with every wood flooring product and job scope.

“Floors make a big difference in your home,” he said. “That’s why we are committed to doing everything we can to ensure the process is smooth, efficient, and the end result looks better than imagined.”

When he’s not working, Todd loves to cook, golf, and travel with his wife, Kelly. They support the Kawasaki Kids Foundation, a group dedicated to finding a cure for Kawasaki disease, and Levi’s Legacy, a nonprofit that supports families affected by congenital heart disorders.

“We’re proud to call Windsor home, and we are grateful to work with such wonderful clients across the Northern Colorado region,” Todd added. “We’ve done this for many years, and we’re not slowing down anytime soon.”
