Jeremy is the Owner and Operator of Jeremy Ferguson, Inc. (JFI), a local residential contractor, serving all of Northern Colorado. “We can handle any kind of construction project you have in mind, but our passion lies in creating outdoor living spaces for people to enjoy,” he added.

 

Jeremy grew up in Loveland and started working in the construction industry directly after high school. Now, with more than two decades of experience, he is familiar with every aspect of the trade. In 2006, Jeremy founded JFI. The business is thriving primarily through referrals. The team focuses on outdoor projects, including design, decks, landscaping, concrete, and outdoor living structures. They also have experience with interior and exterior carpentry, remodeling, and refinishing.

 

Jeremy’s brother, Josh Ferguson, serves as the team’s project manager, ensuring that all projects are completed on time. Josh also prioritizes strong communication with customers. The team is rounded out by experienced craftsmen who complete the work. Together, they finish upwards of thirty sizable projects a year.

We completed an incredible two-story deck off the back of the house, giving them space to entertain and relax.”

 

The homeowners are blown away by the finished product. They look forward to spending much of their time on the deck in the coming months. The JFI team is very proud of how well the whole project came together.

 

“Seeing a backyard project transform from a space to a place where a family can hang out and make memories is amazing,” Jeremy said. “I’m always telling my guys that this is a space that people will live in. We have to do a good job because it’s their home.”

 

The thing that makes JFI different is that the owner and project manager work onsite at every single job. “My brother and I are always there. We do most of the work ourselves, and I talk to the clients. There is no middleman, and nothing gets lost in translation. We get the job done right the first time,” he said.

 

Jeremy loves to fish, hunt, and golf when he isn't working. Jeremy and his wife, Michele, have been together for more than two decades. Josh is married to Nicole, and they have three boys – Kaden, Karson, and Kyren. Jeremy is a proud uncle and loves to spend time with his nephews.

 

JFI plans to continue building quality backyard living spaces long into the future. “I don’t have the desire to be the biggest business in town. I just want to keep creating amazing spaces so families can spend time together and make memories. I’ll be doing this forever,” he said. “I love that I get to help people enjoy the beautiful outdoors.”
