Dennis and his team have been in the business long enough to know how to weather any kind of boom or bust. He was born at Poudre Valley Hospital and went to school in the district. By college, he was keenly interested in real estate and saw great potential. He purchased several rental properties as a young adult before earning his real estate license in 2004. It didn’t take but a couple of years for him to become one of the top RE/MAX REALTORS® in Northern Colorado. In 2017, Dennis had the opportunity to purchase into the RE/MAX Alliance offices.

 

After more than 20 years in the business, he is known as a trusted, steady real estate partner. “People are always trying to predict the market and wait for the exact right moment, but the truth of the matter is Northern Colorado has always and will always have a strong market. We’re lucky that way. Real estate remains an incredibly smart investment, and we can count on that to continue,” he said.

 

“You hear a lot of negatives about real estate these days, but there are some really good trends,” Dennis added. “The interest rates are projected to go down and the cost of construction has stabilized. A lot of the home prices are holding steady as well. That’s what we want – a good stable market and that’s what we’ve got here in Northern Colorado.”

 

Dennis knows that he would not be able to do any of this without his two partners – Jessica Nickell and Danielle Barela. He’s worked with Jessica for more than twenty years and Danielle for over twelve years. As a fully licensed agent, Jessica works as a Buyer Specialist, as well as office management and transaction coordination work for the team. Danielle is also licensed and helps with all aspects of client care and business management.

The thing Dennis is most passionate about is giving back to the community that has given so much to him. Their team supports Colorado State University, the Animal Friends Alliance, Timberline Church, and many other local organizations. Dennis’ parents live in Highland Meadows and he’s a member of both the Harmony Club and Ptarmigan Country Club. “I say it all the time, but we’re so fortunate to live and work here. I never take it for granted,” he said.

We’ve watched these communities grow and flourish and we’re honored to have played a small role in that. We are so thankful for all of our friends and neighbors who call this place home.” Now, with their new office in Windsor that opened three months ago off CR 5 next to Pizza Vino, it is even more convenient to find a trusted real estate broker!
