Gold Roofing, Inc. - Celebrating 28 Years Strong!
“This year, we hit a huge milestone,” said Tatum Denney, Office Manager of Gold Roofing. “We’re celebrating 28 years in business. It’s not lost on us that the community has trusted us to provide the gold standard in roofing for nearly three decades.”
Bill Goldsberry started Gold Roofing in 1996. He founded the company with a plan to be unlike other roofing companies. He wanted to provide transparency and honest work, and over the last 28 years, that’s exactly what they’ve done.
The team now has nine employees, and they average more than 500 projects a year. Tatum manages all the business-related tasks for the business, including insurance adjustments and claims. She started working for Gold Roofing in high school as part of a work-study program, and now, more than a decade later, she’s still proud to hang her hat at Gold Roofing.
Jason Denney began his career in commercial roofing while finishing college. He worked his way up the company ladder and now serves as Gold Roofing’s Operations Manager. His role includes handling all new build roofing projects, scheduling jobs, purchasing supplies, and their crews.
Gold Roofing’s solid work has earned them a reputation as an honest and trustworthy roofer in the Greater Northern Colorado region. “We protect your home or business,” Jason said. “It’s as simple and important as that. The roof is the thing that protects your investment and keeps your family safe. We take our work seriously and work hard to ensure your roof will hold up.”
For an industry where companies come and go, it’s quite remarkable that Gold Roofing remains a fixture in the business. “We are proud to serve the community,” said Tatum. “It’s what we’ve always done and what we will continue to do.”
In response to the severe wildfires our state has experienced, Bill opened a second Gold Roofing office in Grand Lake last year. “With a cabin in the mountains, Bill saw a need for a good roofer for all the fire repairs and new builds,” Jason said. “Those poor people have gone through it and needed a roofer they could trust. That’s where Gold Roofing comes in; we’ve carried our same gold roofing standards to the mountains.”
Now that summer is coming to an end, the Gold Roofing team reminds you to schedule a free, end-of-season roof inspection. “As the summer – and hail season – comes to an end, now is the time to get your roof inspected,” said Jason.
The entire team is passionate about more than just roofs. They’re committed to the communities they serve and give back in remarkable ways. “One of our biggest goals is to give back to the kids,” said Tatum. The company supports the local 4-H Clubs at the Larimer County Fair by purchasing members’ livestock projects each year. They also give to the Lions Club and local youth sports teams.
“We’re proud that nothing major has changed over the last 28 years,” said Tatum. “We still provide the same great service and work that we always have. We plan to do so for the next 28 years.”
