Who is 419 Window Cleaning?
419 Window Cleaning is a local, family-owned business with traditional values. Bobby and Betsy Greenleaf provide window cleaning, screen cleaning, greenhouse cleaning, screen repair, and solar panel cleaning to the local area and have recently branched into both indoor and outdoor lighting cleaning as well. While there are other window cleaning companies out there, 419 Window Cleaning’s reliability sets them apart. When you call them, they will call you back! Bobby and Betsy value an open line of communication with their customers. They believe in quick callbacks, providing an easy way to schedule, and you can count on 419 Window Cleaning to always be prompt and professional. Bobby will show up on time and treat your house and landscaping like his own.
About the Owners
Betsy is from the area, while Bobby is originally from New Jersey. Six years ago, they moved back to this area to be closer to Betsy’s family and immediately fell in love with the community. Bobby and Betsy have an 8-year-old son, Finn, and a 4-year-old dog, Huckleberry. They are regulars at local farmer’s markets and fairs. They love to shop and eat locally and enjoy trying all of the restaurants the area has to offer. The whole family enjoys relaxing and fishing at their Gem Beach cottage on Catawba Island.
About the Business
Before it all started, Bobby had been cleaning windows part-time in New Jersey while he worked another career full-time. At the beginning of the pandemic, he decided to make family and community his priority. He began 419 Window Cleaning as a full-time endeavor. Moving to a local, family-owned business model allowed both Bobby and Betsy to find flexibility, balance, and the chance to spend more time with family. Rather than traveling for weeks at a time, Bobby now devotes his energy to providing the best service possible to his clients as well as being there for his wife and son.
What Makes 419 Window Cleaning Unique?
419 Window Cleaning takes pride in customer satisfaction. The value of service, great communication, and reliability sets 419 Window Cleaning apart. You know that Betsy will pick up the phone, call you back, and get you scheduled quickly. If Bobby says he’ll be there to start work at 9:00, he’ll be there early to prepare, and maybe even bring you a dozen eggs from his chickens! Knowing that the clients are happy is what makes both Bobby and Betsy feel fulfilled in their business.
Community Involvement
The company is young but growing strong thanks to this community. Now that the business is up and running smoothly, Bobby and Betsy are ready to give back to the community that has been so good to them. They are hoping to start sponsoring a Little League team and want to get involved with the local Chamber of Commerce, as well as to be involved with local schools.
We’ve Got This
If you ask Bobby to share his biggest piece of advice for homeowners in the Quarry subdivisions, it’s to let the professionals handle the work. “Don’t try to get on the ladder yourself and do your own cleaning, particularly of the second-story windows. It’s not safe, and you don’t have the proper equipment to do the job easily. Rather than take the risk of injury, call us right away. We have the right equipment and manpower to do the job safely and well.”
The success of 419 Window Cleaning is attributed to the clients, their repeat business, and their referrals. When clients are happy, they share their experiences with friends and family, and this word of mouth has allowed Bobby and Betsy to succeed. Clients know that 419 Window Cleaning has the flexibility to work with their homes and their needs. Both Bobby and Betsy understand how to juggle multiple responsibilities while still putting their focus into the job at hand. If they are working with you, you are their top priority, and it shows.
“This was my first professional window cleaning, and I could not have asked for a better experience. On-time, professional, and beautifully done!” – Abby Lewis, Quarry Resident
