Scott Noah, a Valley Center native, and Steve Walker, originally from Ark City, both found their way to Bel Aire, where they have lived since 2012. Scott holds a B.A. in Theatre Performance from Wichita State University, while Steve, a self-taught floral designer with nearly 15 years of experience, was the floral manager and head designer at a local flower shop before venturing out on his own. Their combined talents and shared vision led them to establish Bloomerang Floral and Gifts.

“We thought, ‘Let’s try to do this on our own!’” Scott recalls. With Scott’s business acumen, honed from co-creating and co-owning Mosley Street Melodrama, and Steve’s bold and innovative design style, Bloomerang Floral and Gifts was born.

Steve’s distinctive design style has garnered a loyal following. “Our design style is truly unique,” Scott explains. “Steve has an innate, bold style that our customers love.” This unique flair is complemented by their dedication to excellent customer service, ensuring that each client receives friendly, personalized attention every time they visit.

Since January 1st, 2024, Bloomerang Floral and Gifts has been running the “Bloomerang Gives Back” program. Social media followers nominate deserving individuals, groups, and organizations they feel deserve recognition. Each week, a nominee is randomly drawn and honored with a beautiful floral arrangement. “It’s our pleasure to give back to a community that has supported us so much,” says Scott.

Bloomerang Floral and Gifts has quickly become a beloved fixture in the community. “We have LOTS of repeat customers,” Scott shares. “In addition to a great product, we strive for excellent customer service every time you come back. Being friendly is free and just the right thing to do!”

Despite being only six months old, Bloomerang Floral and Gifts was voted second place in the 2023 Wichita Eagle's Best of Wichita contest. They have also been featured on KAKE Channel 10's morning show four times.
