Hello, Regatta Bay owners!
Each month we will use this spot in Stroll as another way to keep you up to date on the latest events, offerings, and news at Regatta Bay.
If you have not already signed up for App Folio, please do so. This is a great way to get all the communications, and view the App Folio portal for documents, news, and updates. Just email admin@pmainfo.com with your name, address, and email address and say sign me up!
Recently you received emails regarding new access options, a visitor’s after-hours code, and a temporary code for owners only. (If you have not received that information, please email me at ahogue@pmainfo.com.) We are pleased to present more options to be able to access the front and back gates as well as the amenities. All the options related to the RFID system will be registered in your name and address, so it is important that you do not give any of these to anyone that is not a member of your immediate household. This is part of the enhanced security system implemented on behalf of the community. Simply scan the QR code to send us your choices if you haven't already.
Some other updates:
- new swings at the playground
- new signs to assist in educating guests and visitors about what is expected at the Regatta Bay community regarding entry access, and security monitoring of the camera system.
- repair of the artificial turf at the playground
- new pine straw for the common areas and spring flowers
We have made positive progress with the irrigation team to prepare for the upcoming warmer weather and irrigation needs. We have installed new SOS/Yelp systems at the front and back gates. This is important! Mention this if you call for any type of emergency service because it allows the emergency vehicles to use their sirens to get into the neighborhood more quickly. We are continually upgrading the security system and access systems.
We are all looking forward to being a part of the Regatta Bay community, bringing improvements, fun, and fellowship to the neighborhood keep Regatta Bay the #1 community in Destin, truly the place to call home!
