River Ranch
Delivering neighborhood connections to your mailbox every month.
Welcome! Let’s get to know our neighbors.
We know genuine connections with neighbors next door and business owners down the street make for a more meaningful experience. And we believe getting to know people in our community should be simple. That’s why Stroll meets you where you’re at – your mailbox.
We are grateful to serve this amazing community.
Every month, we share stories from and about different residents within our neighborhood.
See below for a few of our recent favorites.

Thomas Theriot
As a native of south Louisiana, I’m proud to call Lafayette my home. Being a business owner myself, I discovered a passion for helping small businesses reach new heights. Prior to accepting the role of Area Director for N2 Publishing, I attended LSU where I completed my BS degree in Business Management. Soon after graduating, I joined the N2 team where I began the first neighborhood publication in Houma, LA. Today, I have the pleasure of working with residents in River Ranch and Sugar Mill Pond to hear their stories and connect them with local businesses who offer high-quality services that can be great assets. Outside of work, you’ll find me hunting or fishing, spending quality time with my wife (Cassie), two boys (Brooks & Bennett), and daughter (Maggie), or trying to get better at golf!
