A Night of Cocktail Creations at SoLou Lafayette

On Tuesday, December 10th, residents and sponsors of Stroll River Ranch came together for an incredible Neighborhood Night Out at SoLou Lafayette. Hosted by Peter and Michelle Scalfani, the evening was filled with great food, delicious drinks, and an inviting atmosphere that made everyone feel right at home. Guests had the chance to relax, connect with neighbors, and enjoy the lively energy that SoLou is known for.
Aside from the amazing food, a highlight of the night was Anne, the talented mixologist from Sugarfield Cider Wine and Spirits, who wowed everyone with her expertly crafted cocktails featuring local flavors. We also want to give a big shoutout to the SoLou staff, who went above and beyond to serve our large group with care and professionalism. Their efforts helped make the night truly special for everyone in attendance and their exceptional service was a testament to the Scalfanis’ commitment to excellence.
A special thank you goes out to the Stroll River Ranch sponsors who joined us. Without your support, events like this—and our magazine—wouldn’t be possible. It was heartwarming to see neighbors and sponsors connecting, sharing laughs, and creating memories together. Nights like these remind us of how special our community truly is, and we’re already looking forward to the next opportunity to bring everyone together!
