Deb Wilson's Adobo Chicken
The perfect dinner for a cold day!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cut-up chicken with bones. It just tastes better than cooking it without bones.
- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of garlic (can use fresh or in a jar)
- 1 teaspoon of onion salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- I also add about 2 Tablespoons of olive oil
COOKING
- Add ingredients into a roasting pan
- Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn meat over after 30 minutes.
SERVING
Serve with your choice of rice and a veggie, and enjoy!
