It was 2019. While hosting family for the holidays, a few people commented how IV Infusion would be helpful for holiday recovery—we had our lightbulb moment! We had an idea to bring Mobile IV Infusions to the Jacksonville area. At that time, in NE Florida, there were only 2 IV infusion businesses. This inspired us to bring a service to the market that was gaining popularity across the US so we made the decision to enter into the Functional Medicine and Med Spa space.

HYDRO Med Spa has one of a very few certified ozone providers in the area, Dr. Withers. She utilizes Ozone Therapy in everything from Rosacea to joint and tissue injuries. HYDRO Med Spa just celebrated being in business for three years! The owner and CEO, Dr. Jeffords, just transitioned over to HYDRO Med Spa full time to be able to provide more options for our clients and open up his schedule. We are steadily growing and we have an expansion plan. Both Dr. Jeffords and Dr. Withers have been treating clients in the greater Jacksonville/St. Johns area for 10+ years. We have extensive medical knowledge in insurance-based healthcare and have seen how client’s needs often go unmet.
