One day I walked into Petco and there was this cute little puppy named Romeo! He was just 6 months old and had to live in a cage at the Petco pet store.

Romeo used to have two sisters, but they got new families and left him all alone. Poor Romeo was worried because if nobody adopted him soon, Petco said he might have to live in the wild! Can you imagine?

Romeo looked at me with his big, sad puppy eyes, and I just had to help him! So, I went to my daddy and asked him to put Romeo's picture on the RiverTown Facebook page. And guess what? Someone saw his picture and decided to adopt him! Yay!

I'm super-duper happy that Romeo found a new home! If you ever see a dog like Romeo who needs help, please try to help them, too!

It feels really good to make a furry friend happy!
