Kristin Warrick, a seasoned real estate professional, has been weaving dreams into reality since she embarked on her full-time career in 2019, right before the global pandemic hit. She is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience managing clients. She consistently delivers on strategic negotiations and customized client relationships.  Before Real Estate, Kristin spent 18 years as an Executive in Corporate Healthcare where she developed skills in sales, management, market development and professional education.  Her refined skills and genuine care for the complexities of her customers’ needs attribute to her lasting business partnerships as a trusted advisor.

 

A licensed Realtor for 15 years, her journey into real estate wasn't an immediate one. Kristin had spent years in marketing and professional education for Johnson & Johnson, where she honed her skills in sales, management, and market development. However, she switched gears after discovering her love for the local community.

 

“After having four children, I discovered that my community was most important,” she explains. Instead of focusing on global marketing, she wanted to narrow her focus to the South Bay. “That was a defining moment for me. I wanted to impact my community,” she explains. “I began to appreciate how much Palos Verdes had to offer in the South Bay.”

 

Kristin got her real estate license in 2005 and managed selective real estate investors. In 2019, her real estate career became full-time. “I’ve been going strong ever since.” For Kristin, being part of a premiere organization with a quality reputation is of upmost importance, and that is why she joined Vista Sotheby’s International Realty.  Global reputation, innovative technology, and strategic industry partnerships are critical components to consistently satisfied clients.

Kristin graduated from the University California at Irvine, with a BA of Economics, cum laude. Her careful examination of real estate trends aide in current market analysis, and allow her to propose client-centric solutions.

 

Kristin is also proud to be a local expert. “I’ve been in the South Bay for 24 years and in Palos Verdes Peninsula for 20 years,” she explains. For the past three years she has lived in Rolling Hills. “It’s a hidden gem in Los Angeles,” she raves. She loves that her kids can run free on hiking trails and experience all nature has to offer. Kristin can’t imagine living anywhere else. “There’s nothing else like it in Southern California,” she says.

 

 

When Kristin isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband Jeff and their four children, Taryn (12), Ellasyn (10), Morgan (8), and Coleton (5). She and her family are also pet parents to two dogs, a 10-year-old English Retriever and a 9-month-old Cavapoo, as well as a bunny and a Bearded Dragon named Bolt.

 

 

She strongly believes giving back to the community in important. After her mother passed away from a decade long battle with cancer, Kristin partnered with the American Red Cross as a Blood Program Leader, hosting blood drives now for the past three years. “It’s a way to help give back and make an impact,” she says.  My husband and children are a significant part of our biannual event and can appreciate the difference it makes in saving a life!

 

Work hard, play hard! To relax, Kristin enjoys skiing, hiking, and yoga. Her family spends most breaks from work and school at their cabin in South Lake Tahoe. Costa Rica is another family favorite to visit each year. Travel and her love for music, occasionally attending concerts, helps her to relax and recharge from real estate.
