Everyone thinks they can do anything in the area of construction and remodeling, I dedicated my specialty to flooring, if a client asks me to do any other type of work, I recommend professional friends to do it.

Each case is different. I never recommend installing any flooring over existing wood. LVP floors can be installed over an existing tile, but it will also depend on the condition of the existing tile. The best and safest way to install any type of floor is over the original subfloor.
