The School Lane Hills community came together on Thursday, April 25th for a great night out at one of the closest restaurants to the north side of the neighborhood, Cartel Brewing & Blending. In fact, it's easily walkable for a good number of residents! Cartel originally began on North Prince Street and moved into its current location at 920 Landis Avenue in November 2023. Some guests commented that they weren't aware of it before, but, after getting to experience their quality beer and delicious food, they said they would definitely be back! 

Cartel describes itself as a "Nano Brewery and Beer Cafe", focusing on producing quality small batch beers "that express a blend of timeless traditional beer styles along with recipes that reflect our craft beer ideology." For this occasion, they developed a special brew, School Lane Pils, a refreshing light and crisp Pilsner!
