Lil’ Einsteins Preschool originated with a group of teachers.  We began having children of our own and were in search of a quality early childhood program taught by educators. Our mission was and is to provide a premier early childhood education for our own children and surrounding families.  Academics of course would be a factor; however, we couldn’t forget the social and emotional components that are so critical.  This all needed to be developed in an environment that would create a lifelong love for learning in a nurturing environment.  The outcome of this vision became Lil’ Einsteins Preschool.  Lil’ Einsteins offers a part-time education to the earliest learners from 2-5 years of age.  Our teachers are educators, with years of experience, and hold degrees in education and/or master’s degrees.  

Kendra Hall, Bridgett Greenberg and Lisa Campo all taught together at Higley Elementary when it was the only school in the Higley District.   Both Kendra and Bridgett are current Seville residents and have been since opening the school.  In 2005, when the brainstorm/idea presented itself to create our own school, that was unique and one of a kind, we started researching what this idea would entail.  We knew the teaching element and what that looked like, however, the business component and building our own facility was all new territory.  Creating a business plan, funding, architecture, licensing, tenant improvements, permits, inspections, marketing, little sleep, were all things we learned along the way.   

We opened our doors, after construction delays in Fall of 2007.  Looking back, is a bit surreal, as we were enrolling children from phone calls from our living rooms or stopping people in the neighborhood with children.  During that time, we were selling a product, without an actual finished building to see.  One thing was certain was our enthusiasm, passion, and knowledge for what we were creating.  We are now going on our 17th year in the business.  It is a beautiful thing to see not only our children and staff’s children attend Lil’ Einsteins, but all the families that have come through our doors.  We have built a community of learners and families that will forever be part of the Lil’ Einsteins Family.  Alumni who keep in touch, who want to intern with us, top learners in their graduating classes, entrepreneurs, creatives, and more.  To see young men and women who fondly remember their preschool days make it more than rewarding.  Lil’ Einsteins has seen their first class of graduating seniors from high school.  This year we will have some of our past students graduating from college.  We are blessed that families have chosen us to start their education!  To say we had a small part in their foundation makes us extremely proud and humbled.

It is our hope that if you have little ones you would choose to give Lil’ Einsteins the opportunity to nurture, love and teach them.  You know your child the best.  That is why we recommend touring schools to get a feel for the environment and make sure you feel comfortable and confident with the atmosphere and educators.
