The Notre Dame Prep Baking Club, led by Mrs. Kelly Jean, spent spring break in Paris studying how to bake classic French classics such as baguettes, croissants, and much more at Le Cordon Bleu. 

 

The teens toured the Eiffel Tower and enjoyed all the sights and sounds of Paris. 

 

Spring break 2023, they will take a culinary trip to Italy!
