On August 30th, Stroll Skaneateles co-hosted a social gathering at The Savage Homestead.  

The Savage Homestead offers inspired products for better living.  Their business is a lifestyle brand that is an extension of their lives and family, reflecting what they love and value.

"We make and curate inspired products for better living. Our products are beautiful and luxurious, yet affordable. Our aesthetic is simple and classic, yet sophisticated and modern."  Says Janine.

In their boutique, they provide a unique place to shop and support a local business, and to buy high-quality, locally made items. 

Several Skaneateles residents stopped by and were greeted out in front of the boutique with a wine tasting by sommelier Alison Ferretti (Vine & Voyage).  Once their glass was full they headed inside and couldn't help but try a Moonflower Macaron from Auburn.  While perusing through the store, it was only fitting to enjoy a honey tasting by Kabat Farm, located in Skaneateles.  Most who attended did not leave empty-handed and I am sure they will be back.  Make sure to tell others!
