Hello! My name is Buford T. Johnson, and I am a 28-year-old Vizsla. If we are friends you may know me as James, Jimmy, or Boof. I hail from a long pedigree of fine hounds from the deep south of Florida. Some mistake my unrelenting charm as silly or playful. Again if you know me the more common descriptions would be sophisticated, regal, and complex. 

Tricks are for cats and my human pets. But I do allow treats and petting if you can catch me. My gentle nature and primal instinct have secured my place on the couch, beds, and any lap I see comfy enough. I fear nothing outside of houseflies, leaves, and any unsuspecting shadow. Children are great but unfortunately, my owners now have two they missed the memo on me being an only child.
