Disney-loving Carol Comeaux shares a bewitching purple cocktail inspired by the iconic sea witch herself.

From the kitchen of Carol Comeaux

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1.5 oz. Empress Gin 1908
  • 0.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz. lavender syrup
  • 1 tsp. Blue Curacao
  • 1 tsp. grenadine syrup
  • Ruffino Lumina Prosecco
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Shake all the ingredients with ice except Prosecco.
  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  3. Top off the cocktail with Prosecco.
