A Cajun Classic: Crawfish Fettuccine
This rich and flavorful dish is a seafood lover's dream. It's super easy to make and packed with tasty ingredients, giving classic fettuccine a delicious twist.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 16 oz. block of Velveeta cheese
- 1 pint of half and half
- 2 sticks of margarine
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 sticks of celery
- 2 lbs. of crawfish
- 2 12 oz. packs of fettuccine noodles
- Tony Chachere's seasoning
DIRECTIONS:
- Melt margarine in a pot.
- Chop up onion, bell pepper, and celery. Cook the veggies in the butter until soft.
- Add crawfish and Tony's to taste and cook for about 10 minutes. (If it is too greasy, add about 1 tbsp. of flour.)
- Add half and half and cut the cheese into cubes. Add cubed cheese and cook until melted.
- Add cooked noodles and mix well.
