A Cajun Classic: Crawfish Fettuccine

This rich and flavorful dish is a seafood lover's dream. It's super easy to make and packed with tasty ingredients, giving classic fettuccine a delicious twist.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 16 oz. block of Velveeta cheese
  • 1 pint of half and half
  • 2 sticks of margarine
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 2 lbs. of crawfish
  • 2 12 oz. packs of fettuccine noodles
  • Tony Chachere's seasoning

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Melt margarine in a pot.
  2. Chop up onion, bell pepper, and celery. Cook the veggies in the butter until soft.
  3. Add crawfish and Tony's to taste and cook for about 10 minutes. (If it is too greasy, add about 1 tbsp. of flour.)
  4. Add half and half and cut the cheese into cubes. Add cubed cheese and cook until melted.
  5. Add cooked noodles and mix well.
