We enjoy vacations on the South Carolina/GA coast, NC/CO mountains and always  excited for adventures in new urban areas.  We enjoy the beaches in Charleston and Sea Island, snow skiing in Colorado Rockies,  hiking, fishing and golf in the Highlands/Cashiers, NC and hunting and boating on the  Savannah River in Clark’s Hill.

Family Dinner: 

As a family we enjoy a wide variety of foods. Yet, our house favorite’s are Schug’s  Spaghetti and LaLeigh’s pancakes. Of course we love a good hand cut steak from the NY  Butcher Shoppe along with some delicious loaded mashed potatoes.  

Do you have any family traditions? 

We have wonderful holiday traditions that revolve around food mainly. Easter we have  adult Easter egg hunts w/ fun prizes for most eggs found and the Golden Egg is always  an exciting prize.

University of Mississippi/Kennesaw State University

Born in El Paso, TX grew up on St. Simons Island, GA 

How long have you lived in this neighborhood? 

6+ years 

What do you like to do to relax? 

Long morning/evening runs, cooking anything, time on the farm/water/outdoors 

How are you involved in the community? 

We assist with school PTO events, church 

functions, Boy&Girls Club and we contribute to numerous charitable events for  many of the surrounding schools. My wife is in garden clubs, the Symphony and is very involved in her tennis team! 

If you have kids, what activities are they involved with? 

Jack enjoys baseball, football, basketball, tennis, piano, choir, hunting, fishing and  playing chase/tag with his friends.

 

What is your favorite part about living in your neighborhood?

Waverly is a very family friendly neighborhood with lots of great neighbors. We enjoy the  holiday decorations around the neighborhood and Halloween is the MOST fun!
