Best fur-friends 4-Eva!

These two little besties live with the Hodgman family on Kelley Blvd.

Tell us a bit about the breed or type.
Fairy and Boo are mixed breeds but they are 100% awesome!  Fairy is grey and white and Boo is the blackish kitty.

How did Fairy and Boo come to join the family?
Fairy was found abandoned in a junkyard with her five siblings. After that, she was brought to the North Attleboro animal shelter, and lucky for us because we got to adopt her on February 24, 2024. Boo joined us in June.

Are there any special circumstances concerning their care?
When we adopted Fairy, she was feral and very terrified of humans, and she has come so far. Now she happily lounges around on the couch next to us. Boo is the total opposite. She has always loved humans. Young Boo did fight some parasites but she is doing much better and growing like a weed.

How do you keep Fairy & Boo healthy, active, and healthy?
We keep them healthy by providing food, water, play time and comfort to their daily lives. They also enjoy each other. They can be seen wrestling climbing curtains, and grooming each other. Boo does most of the climbing. Fairy is an angel.

What are the pluses/negatives of having Fairy and Boo for a pet?
It's almost all positive. We have really enjoyed having both Boo and Fairy in the house. Although, they can get pretty crazy, especially Boo with all her curtain climbing.

Do they perform any tricks?
Well, Boo does swing across the curtains and then jump onto the windowsill. That's about it.

Greatest moment? Saddest moment? Challenging moment?
When we first got Boo, we tried to separate them to ease the transition. They did not agree with that decision so they played with each other under the door nonstop. It was adorable.

Do Fairy and Boo have a best fur-friend/partner in crime/favorite person?
Boo and Fairy are inseparable. They are the very best of fur friends. Although I think they love everybody in the family.
