BROCCOLI CORNBREAD

A well-loved classic to go with winter soups and stews! 

1 1/2 sticks butter, melted         
4 eggs
1 medium onion, chopped         
12 oz. cottage cheese          
2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread mix     
1 box frozen broccoli,thawed
1 can whole corn, drained (opt)
 
Mix and bake in 9x13 pan for 35-40 minutes.
