When you shout “Ladies Night Out" in the middle of winter, post-holiday stress, with kids back in school, and activities ramping up, you usually get a good response. At least, that was the case in this neighborhood. Many of our resident couples have enjoyed dining out at Angelina during our neighborhood events. We decided to shake things up a bit, and we pivoted, turning this event into a “Ladies Night." And we weren’t the only ones who thought this was a great idea! 

Whether you work full time, stay home with your kids, or own your own business, life can get pretty crazy. Whether you are constantly on the go, working long hours, or retired and spending too much time at home, a night out to relax and mingle with friends and neighbors is always a great idea.

In February, we celebrated ladies' night out at Angelina. Our partners at ELS Limousine treated residents to complimentary car service to and from the event. Ermanno Cervantes and the staff at Angelina prepared a four-course dinner with wine pairings that included: ginger carrot soup, classic mushroom risotto, braised and slow-cooked short ribs in red wine and rosemary topped with asparagus, and classic Italian custard infused with vanilla and topped with a fabbri amarena cherry. Each course was paired with the perfect wine and served with a smile by the amazing staff.

We welcomed Yvonne Vander Heiden from Body & Soul MFR Therapy and Jenny and Kevin from The Olive Oil Company to join us and tell us a bit about their businesses! It is always a special treat to personally introduce our business partners.

 

The women in this neighborhood are simply amazing. It was our pleasure to organize this "Ladies Night Out," and we would love to do it again!
