Sanctuary Plastic Surgery which is in an adjacent office to Sanctuary Medical Aesthetic Center has three plastic surgeons - Dr. Jason Pozner, Dr. Elliot Jacobs and Dr. Rondi Walker as well as our anesthesiologist Dr. Kenneth Kushner. They have a AAAASF approved operating suite and perform all types of aesthetic surgery including, facial surgery, rhinoplasty, gynecomastia, breast surgery and body contouring.

Dr. Pozner graduated from Cornell University, the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, and completed general surgery residency at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. He completed  his Plastic Surgery residency at New York’s Downstate Medical Center and two fellowships -  a microsurgery Fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center in New York and an aesthetic and endoscopic plastic surgery in Maryland, serving as an Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at the esteemed Johns Hopkins Medical Center.  He is currently Voluntary Associate Professor, Department of Surgery, University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and Adjunct Clinical Faculty, Cleveland Clinic Florida, Department of Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Pozner is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society for Lasers in Medicine and Surgery. When asked ‘why plastic surgery?’ Dr. Pozner states: ‘I am very creative and I believe plastic surgery is an art. Plastic surgery is not just about change; it's about creating beauty with precision and imagination. I love my job because it allows me to turn creative visions into reality."  

Dr. Pozner is a consultant or advisory board member of several laser and aesthetic companies and is actively involved with new product development. He is the author of many scientific articles, books and book chapters and lectures nationally and internationally on many aesthetic surgery related topics. 

After being born and raised in New Jersey, Dr. Pozner relocated to Boca Raton, Florida. He enjoys spending his days improving patients' lives and discovering new technologies. Outside of the operating room, Dr. Pozner enjoys working out and staying active under the Florida sun. Something you might not know about Dr. Pozner is that he has 7 beautiful parrots. Dr. Pozner states: "Having parrots as pets is a daily reminder of their incredible intelligence, as they constantly amaze me with their problem-solving skills and vibrant personalities."

As Sanctuary Plastic Surgery’s 25th anniversary approaches, Dr. Pozner and his team reflect on the journey that has led them to where they are today. Dr. Pozner's career as a plastic surgeon was inspired by his father, a successful New Jersey physician who founded a thriving health spa and diet center. “I was inspired by my father because he was improving his patients' quality of life and their overall confidence; there is no better feeling than that.”

Aside from Dr. Pozner, Dr. Elliot Jacobs and Dr. Rondi Walker also preform expert-level cosmetic surgeries at Sanctuary Plastic Surgery. When asked one thing he would tell himself 25 years ago, Dr. Pozner states: “I would tell myself to have fun and listen to yourself.
