The Wright Way
Neighbors to Soulmates: Delia and Jordan's Story of Commitment and Community
Nestled on NE 15th Ave, Delia and Jordan Wright have made Victoria Park their
cherished home for the past six years. If you’ve taken a walk through the neighborhood,
you’ve probably seen Delia, who teaches at CycleBar Fort Lauderdale, strolling with
their two lively dogs, Tatum the golden retriever and Shaq the boxer. These two
energetic pups are at the heart of their family, keeping Delia and Jordan on their toes
every day.
From Different Worlds to a Shared Life
Delia’s journey began in the historic streets of Boston, MA, while Jordan grew up in
Murfreesboro, TN, just outside of Nashville. Despite their different backgrounds, fate
brought them together right here in Victoria Park, where they were once neighbors living
just a street apart. When Jordan first saw Delia, he knew he had to introduce himself. It
wasn’t long before Jordan struck up a conversation with Delia, and after a bit of
persistence and some good old-fashioned charm, they clicked instantly and spent the
next week inseparable. The rest, as they say, is history. Fast forward five years, and the
couple is now planning their wedding for this December, excited to embark on the next
chapter of their lives.
A Passion for Their Professions
Delia is not just a familiar face in the neighborhood; she’s the driving force behind
Victoria Park Wealth Management. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, Delia is
passionate about guiding her clients through the often-complicated world of financial
planning. Her career took her from investment consulting in Boston to the sun-soaked
streets of Fort Lauderdale, where she decided to follow her calling and start her own
practice. Her goal is simple: to provide thoughtful and comprehensive financial advice
and investment management to those who need it most.
Jordan, meanwhile, is a lawyer with a diverse practice. Licensed in both Louisiana and
Florida, he specializes in personal injury and commercial litigation. Recently, he’s
ventured into the exciting and rapidly growing field of NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness)
representation, helping athletes navigate their newfound opportunities. His dedication to
his work is matched only by his passion for the sports teams he supports so fervently.
Active Lifestyles and Community Connections
When they’re not busy with their careers, Delia and Jordan can usually be found
enjoying their favorite activities - whether it’s a game of pickleball at Holiday Park, a run
through the neighborhood, or spending quality time with Tatum and Shaq. Their love for
sports extends beyond the playing field; they’re avid fans of the Dolphins, the Panthers,
and, of course, Tennessee and LSU. Whether at a game or watching from home, they’re
always ready to cheer on their teams.
But, it’s not all about work and play for this dynamic couple. Delia is also deeply involved
in the community, serving as the Membership Chair for Businesses in the Victoria Park
Civic Association and participating in Women United for the United Way of Broward
County. These roles allow her to give back to the neighborhood that has given them so
much.
A Perfect Day in Victoria Park
So, what does the perfect day look like for Delia and Jordan? It starts with Jordan’s
early morning ritual - a jump into the cold plunge in their yard, which he swears
transforms him into a better version of himself. Next up, they leash up Tatum and Shaq
for a walk around the neighborhood, soaking in the morning air and catching up with
neighbors. From there, they might head into a morning run or a class at one of their
favorite local fitness studios, setting the tone for an active and productive day.
Afterward, the day could take them to the beach for some relaxation or to a game if their
favorite teams are playing. Of course, they’d never say no to a round of golf for Jordan
or a cycling session at CycleBar for Delia. By evening, you might find them unwinding
with friends over dinner at Shuck n’ Dive, sharing laughs and good food, before heading
home to relax with their dogs.
Why Victoria Park?
Victoria Park isn’t just where they live - it’s where they’ve built their life together. After
six years in the neighborhood, Delia and Jordan couldn’t imagine calling anywhere else
home. They love the welcoming community, the vibrant atmosphere, and the sense of
belonging they’ve found here. Whether it’s running into friends at a local event or simply
enjoying a quiet evening in their beautifully decorated home (especially around
Halloween, when their front yard becomes the talk of the street), Victoria Park has
become their sanctuary.
One of the things that makes Victoria Park so special for Delia and Jordan is the
incredible friendships they’ve formed over the years. What started as casual hellos with
neighbors quickly turned into deep, lasting connections. From impromptu gatherings in
their yard to long dinners with new friends, the strangers they once waved to on walks
are now some of their closest friends - the kind of people who feel more like family.
These friendships have been the backbone of their life here, adding to the sense of
belonging and making Victoria Park feel even more like home.
Grateful Hearts
Reflecting on their journey, Delia and Jordan are grateful for the opportunity to blend
their unique backgrounds - Delia from the Northeast and Jordan from the South - into a
life full of love, laughter, and new experiences. They cherish the friendships they’ve
made, the memories they’ve created, and the bright future ahead in this vibrant
community.
So, if you’re a fellow sports enthusiast, a fitness buff, or just a neighbor looking to say
hello, Delia and Jordan Wright are the kind of people who make Victoria Park feel like
home. And who knows? You might catch them at Shuck n’ Dive, enjoying their favorite
local fare, or cheering on their teams at the next big game.
