Strolling into the Holiday Season

Evan, Wendy and Ben Taddia have called Twin Rivers home for five years now. They moved to Waco from Dripping Springs where they enjoyed living on a spacious plot of land and had promised themselves never to reside in a neighborhood again. While wrapping up their moving plans, they spent several nights with their friends, the Massirers, and quickly fell in love with Twin Rivers.

They truly cherish this tight-knit community and all the amenities it provides. Ben found one of his best friends (Zeke Herring) just down the street. Together, they enjoy fishing, cruising around the neighborhood, and playing sports on weekends. They appreciate that Ben can safely embrace the joys of childhood within this wonderful community.

Life at Baylor
Evan and Wendy Taddia are both Baylor University alumni. Wendy earned her Bachelor’s degree with a double major in MIS and Real Estate, while Evan obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. During her time at Baylor, Wendy played trumpet in the Golden Wave Marching Band and was also a member of the Diamond Girls. Meanwhile, Evan was involved with the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity and also holds an associate's degree in Automotive Technology from TSTC.

Evan and Wendy crossed paths during their sophomore year of college when they were neighbors at the now-demolished Baylor Landing. At that time, Wendy was enrolled at Baylor, and Evan was attending TSTC. After completing his degree at TSTC, Evan moved to Florida to pursue studies at FSU. However, he returned to Waco after just one year to finish his degree at Baylor, graduating alongside Wendy, who also added a second major.

Family Life
Spending time with their friends and family is important for this close-knit family. Their best friends, the Massirers, along with Wendy's dad, Allan Kochis, all reside in Twin Rivers. They cherish their church community at Harris Creek, enjoy watching Ben play sports for Live Oak, and take pride in nurturing Wendy's business, The Collective.

The Taddias are passionate animal lovers, sharing their lives with four wonderful dogs. They have two rescued English Setters, Baylor (13) and Scout (7), who are the gentle old souls of the household, spending their days lounging on the couches and relaxing with the family. Their two rescued French Bulldogs, Richard (3) and Clementine, affectionately known as Tina (3), spend their days being naughty and making up for it with their cuteness. These dogs are truly part of the family, and they can't imagine life without them.
