Stroll West of Trail neighbors and business sponsors gathered for a fabulous Valentine’s Neighbors’ Night Out at downtown Sarasota’s hottest new apartment complex, Aster & Links. Graciously arranged by BelpointeREIT developer Eric Fenton and his team, the evening was a perfect blend of enjoyment and community spirit. Guests enjoyed exquisite catering and  cocktails by Esencia Catering Co., creating a truly indulgent experience. The night was capped off with an exciting raffle giveaway, adding a touch of fun and anticipation. It was a wonderful evening celebrating connections, local businesses, and Sarasota’s thriving community.
