Julius Cantrell, who grew up working in construction alongside his father and was employed by various plumbing companies throughout his career, launched Evergreen Plumbing & Drains in 2023 to address something he noticed was missing in the industry: exceptional customer service. His first step in building a business with a culture of care was to partner with guys he trusts and loves like family. Defining success as bringing up the people around him, Julius is most grateful for his wife for supporting him through everything that’s gotten him to this point. When he is not pouring himself into work, he is likely making memories with his wife and three children. The family adores game and movie nights, hiking and being outside.
